At Archforge, we specialize in delivering high-quality AI-powered digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our intellectual property.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

All products sold on Archforge are digital downloads.

Once a product has been:

  • Purchased
  • Downloaded
  • Accessed

All sales are final and non-refundable.

This is because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.


2. EXCEPTIONS (ELIGIBLE CASES)

We may issue a refund under the following conditions:

✔️ Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate order.

✔️ Technical Issues

If:

  • The product file is corrupted
  • The download does not work
  • The product is completely unusable

We will:

  • First attempt to fix the issue
  • Provide a working file or replacement

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted.


3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Failure to read product description
  • Incompatibility with your software/system (unless explicitly promised)
  • Partial usage or dissatisfaction after download
